This workshop has ended

Child sexual abuse is rampant in India with a child being victimised every 15 minutes! I can guarantee that you are connected to a victim through the various roles you play- parent, teacher, friend, sibling, neighbour and more. It happens in houses of 'nice' people, successful people and even celebrities!

The good news is - prevention is possible. It starts with each one of us! We must educate ourselves on the issue, learn to spot and stop boundary violations.  We can empower our children by sharing body safety rules and keep them safe.

This interactive workshop will use a combination of survivor stories and real-life scenarios to meet the following objectives:

• Demystify child sexual abuse
• Understand key body safety messages (including online safety) to educate children
• Spot the warning signs of abuse
• React responsibly to disclosure
• Offer resources to continue your learning journey

Join Anuja Amin, a child sexual abuse survivor and mother to two daughters, to learn strategies to make interactions safer for our children. There will also be ample time at the end for an interactive Q&A session.

Registration fees for workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not issue credits or refunds for any reason. If you cannot attend the workshop for which you have registered, we encourage you to find a friend or colleague to take your place and let us know as soon as possible. If you cannot find a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee.
